Over a week and I still can't get CMAK to work

Getting frustrated...

I purchased CMAK as a download last Sunday and closed the window before jotting down the license number. I figured I'd get a confirmation email anyway.

I didn't, and now I can't start the game. I sent an email to eLicense and an email to Support plus I posted one message here on the tech support forum. I've gotten ZERO response from Battlefront.

I use yahoo mail (shekbo@yahoo.com) and I've never had a problem with the SPAM filter eating valid emails plus I've checked the SPAM directory. NOTHING from Battlefront.

You guys have my money. I'd like my game to work now... I little help please??

You're not getting much love here.

Maybe your thread/email titles should mention having a problem with eLicense customer service. I suspect that might get BFC's attention more readily than a thread about CMAK not working on your computer. I'm guessing, though, that the solution to your problem is 95% eLicense's responsibility.

And don't forget the mantra, "BFC please fix or sumfink." ;)
