If I give the AI 50 T-34 85s and 25 SU/76s, will the AI handle them any differently than the equivalent number of Shermans or whatever in CMBO? I believe that there have been some TacAI tweaks (especially regarding Vehicular Morale), but I'm not sure of any tweaks made to the StratAI (which is what you speak of). I'd hazard a guess and say that nothing major has changed in this regard. So you may see similar behavior between CMBO and CMBB when it comes the overall strategy and handling of units by the AI.
