RCHRD Posted September 8, 2002 Share Posted September 8, 2002 I try to pre-order, and I get the message; 'You must have cookies turned on to shop on our website.' I've never had this problem before. MikeT Posted September 8, 2002 Share Posted September 8, 2002 I am assuming you have Microsoft Internet Explorer here. Click on "Tools" hot spot at the top of the window. Then click on "Internet Options". Next click on the "security" tab and move the slider bar down. THen click on "Apply" then "OK". This saves your new security settings.
