Frenchy
I am unable to cancel firing orders from artillery spotters. The option isn't available. Both incidents occured when plotting the very first turn. Even moving the spotter in one game did not cancel the firing. Kept firing away. I do have a screen shot available to send via email. Am I missing something somewhere?
Kingfish
Arty barrages that are plotted on the first turn are considered prep barrages. These have no firing delay, and are accurate even if the spotter does not have LOS to the target. However, they cannot be cancelled nor shifted to a new target.
Andrew Kulin
Artillery missions plotted on the first turn (set-up) cannot be changed or cancelled. They are considered pre-planned fire missions. See Page 119 of CMAK Manual (it's also in the CMBB Manual which I can't find right now - look in index under pre-planned bombardment)
