tabpub Posted June 7, 2002 Share Posted June 7, 2002 I am wondering about the effect of the two man turret in most Russian tanks in CMBB. I would think that this type of tank would suffer from loss of target aquisition (ie while the commander was busy firing on panzer 1, panzer 2 would not be noticed so easily moving up) and possibly a slightly lower rate of fire due to the smaller size turret and lack of the dedicated gunner. While everyone may have an opinion, if any one has "first hand" knowledge <wink> that would be "sweet".... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
edgars Posted June 7, 2002 Share Posted June 7, 2002 I asked the very same question some time ago. The answer generally was as you said: lousy spotting when actualy shooting. I'm not sure about ROF thou – those tanks had dedicated loader after all (at least early T-34, i'm not sure about crew layout of other tanks ).
