To answer the question, from what I have seen and hear there will only be two levels, its something to do with the game engine itself I believe so it can't be changed. Agentorange Posted June 18, 2002 Share Posted June 18, 2002 I think there may be a answer to your question in the CMBB forum/thread somewhere - I'm pretty sur one of the designers ( can't remember which ) said two floors only, however he did also say that they were trying a sort of 'modular' approach to some of the buildings so you could produce vast factories etc a la the tractor factory at Stalingrad.
