What version of DirectX do you have installed ? Did you install your video drivers over a previous version of the NVidia Detonators or did you uninstall them first ? FSAA should work in 30.82, so it shouldn't matter what setting it's on to my knowledge, but you may want to disable it just to check. The age old problems (many moons ago) with CMBO fog and NVidia prompted a switch to the new drivers when they came out. Just to check I have uninstalled the drivers and then reinstalled in the last few days. CMBO works fine, including the alt-Tab. Puzzling.
