Captain_Blue
Hi, I am about to jump into the wonderful world of mods... Does anyone have any fonts that they would recommend for German unit numbers on the sides of armor? Was there a strict rule for placement of the unit markings? Thanks grogs. Michael Dorosh
Hand painted was common as well - ie without a discernible font. Sütterlin would be interesting to say the least.... I tried to download a Fraktur font, and there are sites on the internet charging 30 bucks US and more per font. Unbelievable!

tracer
Oh one thing if you don't already know. I found this out the hard way, when you put Tactical numbers on a turrent, one side looks real good, but the other side is BACKWARDSm so, I was told to use numbers like '101" or "202", so it would mirror on boths sides, or just put the number on the back of the turrent. Unbelievable!Hey man, I pay up to $300 CDN. for certain typefaces. Its a livin' Use IMPACT (since its on most computers) and just paint or erase certain features to create that hand paint job Mr. Dorosh was mentioning.
