IIRC, the change was to the 'no man's land' setting. No idea if that will cause problems or not. Cory's the one to ask

Great I love Der Kessel scenarios. I just finished Cintheaux against the AI and had a blast.

Hmm I just had a quick look at the battle and noticed there are no landmarks at all on the map..

Please convert more battles in southerm France! :D

Has anyone made a scenario about the liberation of Marseille by the way?

Keep up the good work.

No landmarks? Odd...

None of Marseilles that I know of. A couple of Toulon though

Steve

If you download the updated version, the change is noted in the overall brief.

I increased the NML setting to allow for more dynamic (i.e. curvy) front lines drawn in between battles. The original version has a 0 NML setting, which will probably make for a straight front line right along the perimeter posts. This will make it tough for the Germans to supply anyone beyond the perimeter posts. I'm not sure if this is an unrealistic problem, however.

In any case, I increased the setting to allow for more detail in the front line drawing along the perimeter posts. I hope that German held perimeter posts will be in supply, where that may or may not have been the case with a 0 NML setting. CM's front line drawing is a long held mystery. As it is poorly explained and undocumented, designers like me have to learn by trial and error, over a long period of time.

I don't think your version 1.0 PBEM game is 'broken', and I encourage you to continue. Your mileage may vary.

Any feedback is appreciated.
