DEY
I've given a first try at one of MikeyD's cmak US Sherman's. One down, about 100 left to go. For anyone interested, it was posted a little while ago.
junk2drive
Wow, what a surprise. I didn't know you had CMAK. This project could take you years.

junk2drive
Got the second one. A bit too bright maybe? EDIT: I pluncked em into Going to Town. I guess ww is ww and in the game they look like I would imagine a fresh coat of chalky slop would look. DEY
Me thinks maybe your right, they do seem even a little too bright on my snow. I'm working on the plain M4A3-75, after I finish it, I'll take a hard look in that regard at the three of them and see if they do indeed need to be darken down a bit.
MikeyD
Remember to ADVERTISE ADVERTISE! There are people on this board who would kill for whitewashed Shermans. You've done a good deed.
junk2drive
Much better effect in the wheel area. You're not using MikeyD's roads?

MikeyD
Yeh, we've got to face it this isn't the good old days anymore when a mod got 300 downloads in no time. The pace is a bit slower. I checked your 'Easy-eight' Sherman, it's up to 61 downloads so far. Hell, my from-scratch M8 howitzer motor carriage has sat there for 3 weeks and only got 122 downloads. And you can't tell me people prefer the default art!
David I
I just thought there was a zero missing on the download counts for my mods. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. David
DEY
Okay, all the A3's are finished, I think that's all I'm going to bother with, for now anyway. It would appear this game community is indeed a dead duck, hardly worth the bother of uploading mods anymore. The scenario side of things is even worse, it has become an absolute three ring circus, what few people left around seem to think there is only a handful of people that can make battles, so that seems to be a lost cause. I would say it's pretty much over and done with.
