Done with a heavily modified AndrewTF (The Great and Powerful) mod. I mearly cut and paste. Options include camo pants and wrap-around with much less insigna (as it was intended to be worn).

Yes he does, be sure to back up your original as the cap, bmp 9020, shares bmp with the mid-war Heer one. It is the bmp that I most frequently switch.
