Sanok
In a recent QB, I had a Daimler AC take a hit from a German 20mm HT. The AC suffered one crew casuality. It was shocked for about ten seconds, then ended the action phase by firing two shots while the crew was panicked. I have all three CM games and have been a CMer for about three years. In that time, I've never seen any unit fire while panicked. I have a screenshot saved in My Pictures on my computer, but I don't know how to post it here.

SpitfireXI
Two nights ago I was playing a night QB against the Finnish AI. My OT-34 pulls up to engage a BT-7 and uses a flame shot to take out the tank frontally, he did'nt even bother using the main gun. I thought that was pretty awesome of the AI to select the flamethrower rather than the cannon to take out tanks. Never thought that would happen unless I manually ordered it to do that. Flamethrowers at night are very awesome!
Pzman
I've seen many units fire while panicked, not so much in the earlier CMs, (I know they could not in CMBO) but it either came in with CMBB, or CMAK.

Londoner
Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think infantry fire when panicked, it's just armour.
