MikeyD
Don't blame me, you're the ones who asked for it: - PDF format camouflaging techniques tutorial At the CMAK side of our favorite site: www.cmmods.com Someone asked for a 'how-to' camou tutorial so here one is. Be warned, this is my own wacky camouing technique. Plus I should mention that I work on an old mac in an old version of Photoshop. But the techniques should be easily transferrable... maybe. I've also included a jpeg file of color chips of the most popular colors for modding. A small note of caution. I created the PDF on a mac, and used someone elses Zipit to compess the files. If you experience problems decompressing or viewing give a holler.
MikeyD
Hey, on the CMBB board my camou tutorial got a good review from HenizBaby, at least. I've been pushing the concept of 'virtual modeling' using CM for ages. Maybe this can be your chance to get in on the game!
David I
MikeyD, I've got it. I'm reading it and trying to figure it out vs. my Paint Shop Pro 9. I'm not winning, however. DavidI
Aco4bn187inf
Thanks for the great tutorial, Mikey D. I've been trying to get colors not to look stupid for a long time now (on my own private mods) and this looks like it's going to help me out. I use Photoshop 6, which is at least five years old! Up to date software -bah! - who needs it!
