LC- Posted June 8, 2004 Share Posted June 8, 2004 Can anyone tell me how to get them in the mission builder? Im trying to make some maps and battles based on D-Day and Normandy fighting using the CMAK (better) graphics. I know that they are blocked out because they would have been in Normandy in June of '44; but is there a way to turn off the rarity or something so you can make a map to include them in this time period? I want a little more green in the grass to represent Normandy, but being more Italy/Africa its more brown. birdstrike Posted June 8, 2004 Share Posted June 8, 2004 You could check whether you have the ground set for rocks or sand and change that to grass. Further the grass texture seems to change depending on the year you play in. In 1943 the grass is generally more of a brownish color than in 1944 or 1945 - AFAIK this is supposed to represent the campaign moving northwards from Sicily to the Po Valley.
