mav1
Doe's the computer have an advantage in tank battles? It seem to me the computer spot's faster and it's shot's are luckier. I have tried the same scenario over and over again and the computer has the edge.

JasonC
No, it doesn't, it is dumber than a bag of rocks actually. But multiple capable tanks are its least weak suit. Multiple tanks all with front armor you can't penetrate, can make the AI downright challenging, as little else can. Many hidden guns when you are attacking can also be reasonably tough, though the AI tends to open fire too soon, and on less than critical targets. As for tank vs. tank pick up speeds, it depends on - buttoned or not, 3 man turrets or 2 man (1s even worse, when buttoned), with cupola or not, crew quality, optics rating, whether they are shooting at something else, and the exact direction the turret is facing (much easier to spot in the direction you are looking). Covered arcs can set the last, differently than the direction of movement, for turreted tanks. In addition, if other units can see the enemy, you will pick them up faster. It is not a coin toss.
