Frenchy
For those interested in the Pacific Theater I am now also maintaining the 33rd Infantry Division Web site at http://www.33rdinfantrydivision.org I volunteered my services when I found out my step-grandfather served with them from Mar 41 - Nov 45 (I/130). Of note are the pictures. I still have many more to go but you can view what I have posted. It's a work in progress and time will only make it better. Enjoy! ng cavscout
I am in the 32nd Separate Infantry Brigade, the descendant of the 32nd Infantry Division, which has the record for most consecutive days in combat. "Combat Time 654 days of combat (15,696 hours) - more than any U.S. division in any war. This represents 48% of the total time the U.S. was in World War II. 41 months overseas, over 21 of them spent in combat.
