legend42
If BFC has agreed that the "hordes of half squads" style of playing is finding a loophole in the engine and was not the original intention of how they were to be used, then why allow half squads at all from the begining? What was their original purpose?Should BFC ban them in CMX2?Or should there be tri-squads and quad squads? If you can break a squad into a half squad, why cant you break a half squad into quad squad?

SgtCheese
I'm pretty sure that there will be 1:1 representation in x2

legend42
1:1 representation doesnt mean you can split a squad into anything you want, I think 1:1 is for eye candy purpose only.

GreenAsJade
You need to read Steve's comments on the eye candy thing. It's not the case. In order to represent 1:1, the engine has to model more detail than it did before. Their original purpose was to allow a small bit of recon. Steve has said that the problem as it appears in CMx1 will not be there in CMx2. I think they're on top of it.
