Bruceov
I was defending a lan game at 2 to 1, no fortifications and my force surrendered because its moral dropped below 9. However the game gave me a draw largely because I destroyed his armored force (9 crack vehicles) and my regular infantry inflicted respectable casaulties upon his crack infantry. My friend says this is a bug. I believe its a legitimate draw.
Dr. Rosenrosen
You should have a breakdown of the points at the end of the game. Perhaps you could post those if you have them. Since you said you surrendered (involuntarily), I presume that he got the points for the flags. If you got sufficient casualty points to pull off a draw, then it sounds like a fair fight to me. JasonC
Definitely a legitimate draw, or "pyrrhic victory". (Pyrrhus - "One more victory like this and we will be ruined"). Losing too much is supposed to cost you in the victory determination.

PiggDogg
Bruceov, The draw was no bug and was quite legitmate. Sounds like your opponent and you both got a "Phyrric Draw". Cheers, Richard
-E
Until the em-Pyrrhic-al evidence is in, we'll not know for sure.
