Konigs Posted November 13, 2006 Share Posted November 13, 2006 I am playingn a PBEM game, USA has a -1 for Corps allowable build. I never try to build when it says zero so, I am confused and not sure how I got here. I asked my oppenent who is one of the more experienced and he says he has not seen it since 1.2. Same thing happens with the uk backup troops in egypt if i remember correctly.
