I notice some strange stuff: 1) Sometimes you cannot move a unit between certain land places that are separetad by water like denmark-copenhagen sicily-italy kairo-suezcanal. I used an Italian Army and moved it east from kairo. Then it was impossible for the unit to get back ! 2) It should not be possible to reinforce a totally surrounded unit ??? Take a look at these values when you click on your unit at the bottom and top left of your screen to see exactly what is happening. I used an Italian Army and moved it east from kairo.
