Russia is very aggressive. German tank survived with strength 2. An attacking russian tank is destroyed immediately and the mine occupied. Zhukov Hq surprised near Smolensk as german units break through and attacked by german armies and corps: reduced to strength 5.

Russia is successful at research: they reached Lv2 anti-tank. Germany researched Lv2 jets.

March 22, 1942:

Riga captured with massive airstrikes. German units break through between Smolensk and Kharkov and own a 3 hex wide corridor. Now Russia is divided into a north and south front.

In the west 6 allied airfleets and 3 carriers are poucing at german and italian corps. They kill one corps per turn, but cant clear the way for landing forces.

Only airfleets cant win a war, they are too weak for this... smile.gif

Allies seem to have landed on the top of an ant hill. Around LC, millions of Axis corps emerges from every direction. An american air fleet lands in the northmost hex in France (Calais) i.e First Allied air unit in the western mainland.

June 28, 1942:

The airfleet in Calais is immediately attacked by a german corps. The landing forces are surrounded by a double row of corps now smile.gif . 2 german airfleets also intervene in the battle.

Meanwhile a huge landing armada arrived in the USA. Army and corps transports are standing along the US coast.

In Russia another german army and a corps are lost. But Russia has to pay a high price...

Russian scientists are working very hard (perhaps because they fear of their lives ;) ): Russia reached Lv4 anti-tank.

Both Axis tanks were destroyed when breaking through the Russian centre. In the west, Allies are slowly moving towards Paris. Still air duels going on. USA, UK and Germany are all on L2 jets now. In Russia, Axis has problems dealing with the sheer size of Russian armies. L4 anti-tank units make Russians an impressive strength 14 against the German sized 10. Without that advantage Russia would have been defeated by now. The size rescues them from being destroyed to easy.

July 26, 1942:

Naval battles near USA and Canada. First landing in the USA. Mine taken, US airfleet attacked by corps.

No trench warfare any more in the north of Russia !! smile.gif

For killing the 2 tanks, Russia removed its front units. Now german tanks can use their speed and agility to move around in northern Russia, cutting off enemy units and attacking Hqs. 2 russian Hqs destroyed by tanks and airfleets (now at LR Lv3).

Too many axis transports in the ocean...

2 italian units + Hq landed in Canada and took the capital.

In a last battle in the Urals another german tank got killed together with a corps. Not much russians left now...

So Allies surrendered August 9, 1942.

Hey, Terif is good so is Zapp. We learned the value of Axis Armor though in this thread. You can see how it's mobility and hitting strength regardless of it's late obscolences still makes it a viable buy. and anyone who can effectively hold France and Delay that end without spending too much<as I always do>
