It is still late 1940, so I have some time before Russian readiness starts going up again. Which countries can a DOW that will have the smallest impact on russia joining the war? Thanks, Matt. Sombra Posted April 20, 2005 Share Posted April 20, 2005 As far as I know all the important minors (Spain, Norway,Sweden etc.) are more or less the same 3-6% raise in KB of the UDSSR.
