demoss
Playing the Barbarossa campaign at +1/50% as the Allies, I noticed something odd. The AI tends to bash away at Russian cities late in its turn. As a result, Riga was cleared several times, but everything capable of reaching it had already attacked, leaving me able to build a brand-new corps there and continue the carnage for another couple turns until the Germans rebuilt and attacked again. This just seems wrong - and I suspect it wouldn't be difficult to fix by making the AI take more important attacks like that earlier in the turn. As a simple rule of thumb, anything that qualifies for an "opportunity" move if empty should probably be attacked first if attacking it is in the plan.
