That must be done out of allied airfleet range. An attack on Switzerland with newly raised corps will train experience and is done without risk. The swiss corps cant leave or the country will fall and corps will lose entrenchment. And ofcourse you will get 300 MMP plunder this way, which is far enough to reinforce any losses taken.
