Regardless of the stupidity factor,is this against the rules? Some God said this might be the case but I had my doubts hence this question. zappsweden Posted August 13, 2003 Share Posted August 13, 2003 Nope, there is no rule or rule of honour to invade Russia. The new bid systems (1:6, 1:8 and 1:10) give Russia enormous amount of start MPP so the Siberians are not crucial for Russia anymore.
