BeechF33A
I successfully invaded Ireland with the German army, occupying Dublin. However, after that I couldn't transport the German army units in Ireland to some other place because there's no port in the country! I tried "operational movement" or whatever it's called, but the only possible places to go were other places in Ireland. This raises the question: how can you transport a land unit out of a place if there's no port?
H.J. von Arnim
to put it simply: you cannot move or operate a land-unit back...the only way would be to disband it
Comrade Trapp
You don't, your only options are to leave it there or disband it.
BeechF33A
Isn't this a ridiculous rule? Under SC restrictions, the British could never have evacuated from Dunkirk as they actually did in 1940.
stahlwolf
Hello, well SC cannot take every historical incident into account. The main problem is for me Ireland having no port. But this can also be for an game balance reason. I guess you just have to notice, that you just put one corps to Ireland and destroy the Irish army with airfleets and ships. Marky
ireland and the rest, corsica, sardinia, crete etc, need ports sardinia was actually invaded IIRC and of course there should be at least a major port near paris tho ireland is useful as a training ground
