Isn't this a ridiculous rule? Under SC restrictions, the British could never have evacuated from Dunkirk as they actually did in 1940.

I successfully invaded Ireland with the German army, occupying Dublin. However, after that I couldn't transport the German army units in Ireland to some other place because there's no port in the country! I tried "operational movement" or whatever it's called, but the only possible places to go were other places in Ireland. This raises the question: how can you transport a land unit out of a place if there's no port?

Is anyone working on a Pacific Theater version of SC? That's what I'd most like to see! Thanks.
