Roberto Posted March 25, 2001 Share Posted March 25, 2001 Well i just bought "Close Combat" Battle of the Bulge installed it fired it up and it sounded like the sound of a toilet flushing. Before I recieved my "2" yes 2 copies of "Combat Command" Beyond Overlord, which by the way gets my # "1" game of my life Award, I used to like the Close Combat series. "Big Time Software" has sweetend the binary battlefield for us would be Feild Marshals, Generals, gamerz or whatever species you consider yourself to be. But where i used to get pleasure now leaves a bitter taste. This isn't one of those "war of the war game" things though. >>>>> Jumping right along, has anybody here tried "Panzer Commader" I think it's called and if you have could you give me your review, so to say, of it..... The only advantage Panzer Commander had was that it scenarios for the Western, Eastern and North Africa fronts. Pretty dated nowdays though.
