Chaffee
I was wondering after reading the post COULDNT BELIEVE MY OWN EYES....is there really hand to hand combat in the game, and does it actually show them locked together or just shooting really close and lobbing grenades? Cos
Shooting really close and lobbing grenades is all I've ever seen.

BFCElvis
All you see is shooting and lobbing but you hear punches. ------------------ "When they finally put you in the ground..I'll stand on your grave and tramp the dirt down" Elvis Costello
curih
Hand to hand fighting is there, but not really raphically represented. When infantry closes to under abot 30m you start seeing hand grenades being thrown. At real close range ammo consumption get heavier (representing a frantic desperate fight ) as do casualties. If you listen you will hear the sounds of hand to hand fighting and the crack of a rifle bytt against an enemy. curih
Chaffee
It would be pretty cool if they had grapics for hand to hand when there was nothing else firing at that moment you could watch your guys kicking butt or getting kicked. Maximus
If you download the Sound Mod from the Mad Dog Mod Pack 1, it includes some hand-to-hand combat taken directly from the scene in SPR. It also includes the "surrender demand" from Cpl. Opum in German.
