Suicides-by-Steve
Okay, I've searched all over the forums, but I can't locate how to convert a PBEM file to a TCP/IP file and vice-versa... what gives? Is it even possible? I could have swore I saw documentation on it somewhere, but I just simply can't find any? Thanks for any help in advance... Capt. Vance Astrovich
While in the orders phase of your PBEM game, press ALT-S to save the game like a regular game vs. computer. After you exit the game, you can go to War Room and load that saved game. It will ask you if you want to play TCP/IP, PBEM or Hotseat. Choose TCP/IP, enter password, then you get the "Waiting for someone to connect" screen. YUour opponent now joins up like a regular TCP/IP game...well, that's cuz it now is a regular TCP/IP game, except picks up at the turn you saved it at. M. Bates
Well I don't think you can convert from pbem to tcp/ip. You can do it the other way around by saving the game while playing over tcp/ip, then opening the file.
