Just installed a new stick of RAM, and my CMAK now crashes, without fail. I get a lockup with a cyclical sound loop. Only a hard reboot will get me out of it. The RAM is fine (tested twice with Memtest x86), in fact all my other games are benefiting from it greatly. Except for this game...I thought that someone here had the exact same problem, but the guy responded in broken english saying that he found the solution! Figures. The game ran fine before the upgrade. Taking it out is not an option- X2 is now running perfectly, so it's staying right where it is. So, again, any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Instead of ditching the card, maybe it's time to program CM in OpenGL? Considering that Nvidia may soon be going the way of the VooDoo cards, it may be the most prudent option to consider at this point in time...

I'm getting the problem of the AI crawling towards/perpendicular to enemy fire, despite my orders, and while they are out of cover. This is after the patch. Can anybody tell me why this is?

Hmm, the AI exibited the exact same problem with me...under heavy fire my units tended to try to sneak towards the firefight every turn...

How do I delete the game safely? Just delete the folder? What about Reg entries or the Dynamic Link Library file that is thrown in the CMBB folder? Will this effect my CMBO files? Or anything else. Why is there no Uninstall feature?

Okay- well, I'm a bit combative. And... your point is? I'm not hiding behind a computer screen as Kwazy likes to think. I am actually like this in real life too- YOINKS! I speak what I think, and I won't butter things up. To do so is deceptive, and it's what I hate most about society in general. You are well beneath humour. What needs patching is between your ears. You started up an entire thread that made very large accusations.
