If you mailed them a check, then there may be a bit of processing time involved in getting it cleared which will delay your order. At some point recently BTS ran out of stock. I'm not sure if the latest batch is at the warehouse now or not. I'd guess that is probably what was (or is)the major factor in delaying your order. The package will come via USPS Priority Mail (IIRC). Usually a 3 business day kind of thing (once it is shipped). You should have gotten an email report about that, though, as I did when I placed an out of stock order. I'd say you should query the powers that be.
