John Kettler Posted March 17, 2003 Share Posted March 17, 2003 Last night, on the Action Channel, I happened to catch an old Victor Mature movie called "Armor Force" or some such. Set in the Western Desert, it had some fairly impressive tank battles featuring whole squadrons of Cromwells and Centurions (w/ interior shots), plus a bunch of M-3/5 HTs in German camouflage and some unusual softskins I couldn't ID. The other surprise was to see a WW II film with the Italians, uniformed and equipped right down to Beretta SMGs. Could be a boon to the desert mod types, for the print I saw was in glorious color.
