Stoffel Posted October 16, 2001 Share Posted October 16, 2001 well the Dutch name for my country is Nederland,(Netherlands in English)it has been for a few hundred years now. Holland is a province ,there are two ,south and North which cover a large part of the country so thats why you might see the name Holland on a map. Or (and thats a guess which might be true)the author of these maps made the same mistake But back to the topic,fun scenarios.
