printt Posted June 28, 2001 Share Posted June 28, 2001 Over on AGW(Warbirds) board there is an interesting conversation going on. There are a couple of guys over there that seem to know there stuff. What started, by the sim designer, to be fact finding has take a couple of directions but is pretty much on tract. In reading note the anecdotal experiences. Pay special attention to "Wolf" and "Badger". One thing i remeber from it off the top of my head was a Panther crewman relateing how his Zug had been caught on a road, & strafed by US fighters. Basicly once they found out no bombs or rockets were incomeing they just sat their,& absorbed the 50cal hits then drove off, after the strafeing was done.
