Raze
If you want more info on Camo and colors (if you don't already use it), try "Tanks and other armored fighting vechicles of wolrd war II". Smallish book with over 300 color illustrations (as well as historical data) Cheers ------------------ Hey look, the bleeding stopped. Uh oh. . . Wild Bill Wilder
That is a nice little series, Raze. They also have volumes on ships and aircraft. They are a handy thing to have and only cost about 8 bucks a book. Tiger
I can not recommend enough a new book that came out this year: German Tanks of World War II in Color by Michael Green, Thomas Anderson, and Frank Schulz. Only 13.95 US. 96 or so pages but has a ton of colour photos of german tanks, many restored, a number of rare pics of german tanks in their orginal camo pattern. Maximus
Tiger, That looks a hellava lot like my new "Jungle Cats" mod. I have sent it to Madmatt and several other have received my Panther G (late) texture. But I have redone the Panther G as well in a similar fashion so it doesn't clash as much with the "late" model. ------------------ All that sleeps, awakens... All that awakens, hungers... Tiger
Nope, I did this from scratch; it's based on a panther from the book I noted above. Jungle cats? It's forest green and reddish brown on a drab yellow sand base. I don't prefer this one as much as my previous panther g though. -johnS [This message has been edited by Tiger (edited 09-14-2000).]
