mfred
I know a lot of you are feasting on the final version, but I wonder if some of you would have the food for my thoughts in the above thread.I am dying of starvation waiting for my copy of CM, and need something to snack on. Kind regards mfred
gaffertape
Can't help you with your inquiry, but they sure look interesting, don't they? Perhaps when I get some cash in the bank. Thanks for posting the site. GAFF
jgdpzr
mfred, Yes, I can heartily recommend the series to the true panzerphile. I've seen each of them, don't own them though. I have a friend who runs a side business catering to armor modellers and he owns the series. Some very good, rare footage in most of the volumes. One of the most interesting is one of a sturmpanzer (Tiger) firing its huge mortar. I believe it is the only surviving footage of one of those firing. ------------------ "Sometimes you eat the bar and sometimes the bar eats you. Take it easy, Dude." -- The Stranger The Dude abides. Reckall
Checked the site: the prices are too high! These videos are sold in Italy for about $10 each - dubbed!!! They are published by Hobby & Work, a small publishing house with a good line of historical videos (exp. WWII) I do own the "Tiger" one and it's quite good.
