I can't figure out why, as the other pages load fine. The background is supposed to be black on that page but turns out white on Netscape, so you'll have to highlight the text to see it. Would make a pretty incredible static defence, but can you imagine hauling that thing? You'd have to dissasemble it. Anyway, the US Army agreed to make ONE special for the purpose of the CM RPG.
