"No CE Signature found" I've re-downloaded 4 times now, and it's all been the same... File size is 31,194 This on a PII 450, running Win98 SE Anyone with any clue that can help????? krm Posted June 3, 2000 Share Posted June 3, 2000 Try manually unzipping with PKZIP or something similar. There were many technical work arounds and "help" threads when the GD was released. Try doing a search under something like "Help with Gold Demo". Mikester Posted June 3, 2000 Share Posted June 3, 2000 Graybeard, God whatever you do, don't buy a MAC. I believe krm is correct. Some people were having problems opening the download file and got around it by first starting PKZIP, or PKWinZip and then opening the file. Do you have either of these programs? If not, they are generally pretty easy to find on the internet. Just do a websearch on pkzip or winzip (I recommend getting the winzip version since you have Win98) and you should be able to find somewhere to download. I think it's about 1MB in size.
