JOEY
Please help I really want to verse over my LAN. Can someone help me set up a multiplayer game on my two crossover cable connected Macs? I get the the ip address on either computer and when I put in the slot for the other it says something like ERROR Can't connect through TCP/IP. I'm running 0S 8.5 on a powerbook G3 and OS 9.0.4 on an ibook. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! Later

Guest Madmatt
Make sure you copy BOTH the files and folders into the CM folder. Many Mac users (ahem, no comment) seem to put the patch files into their extension folder by mistake. From the docs: Then Drag the other three files/folders (Combat Mission Public Beta, OpenPlay Modules (folder), and OpenPlayLib) into the Combat Mission folder. Be sure that you move the files AND the folders both! Madmatt
