Can someone help me set up a LAN game over two Macs. I have an ibook and a 233mhz powerbook. I also have the crossover cable I just dont know how to make the network work. Oh yeah the ibook has OS 9.0.4 and the Powerbook has OS 8.5. Please help I want to play a LAN game so bad!!!!! THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP!!!!! Later

I think it would be cool if you could do everything that we can now, but have an option to take control have any unit on the battlefield. How cool would it be to drive a Tiger tank around. IMAGINE THAT!!!! Later

can you play CM over LAN? or is it just over an internet connection? i have two macs with a LAN connection but i cant get either mac to find the ip address from the other mac. when i host on one mac it goes on the internet and gets an ip address then i try connecting the other mac over LAN and it cant find the ip address. PLEASE HELP! Thanks

I get the the ip address on either computer and when I put in the slot for the other it says something like ERROR Can't connect through TCP/IP. I have downloaded the TCP/IP patch 5 times and it doesn't work. There is no folder just a stufit document that says it cant be opened because the application that created it can't be found.PLEASE HELP! THANKS.
