Col Deadmarsh
1) Who is in charge of closing threads and what are the reasons for them being closed? 2) What is the difference between a junior member and a member? I've searched the FAQ for answers but didn't come up with any? Can someone give me some help here...

Kingfish
The BTS moderator has the authority to close the threads, and the reasons will vary (flamewars, topics that have been discussed to death, etc...) You become a member on your 30th post. Hope this helps
