Playing purchased copy

Hello. I have the disc version purchased copy of CM Battle for Normandy, receipt and order #. But my new computer does not have a disc drive. Battlefront never responds to emails as I found what you're supposed to do and contact them to get a Steam cd key and can't D/L the updates to get rid of the error I get when transferring files over from laptop that plays the game. They state that they respond within 24 hours, but have not in 2 cases (tickets).

It is very likely that my replies through the Help Desk are in your Spam folder. There are no open tickets that have not been replied to.

I matched the email address for your forum login with the Help Desk and see that, in addition to the reply that I just sent to today's ticket, I replied to your other 2 tickets on these days:

November 1st 2:37 pm EDT

October 31st 10:10 am EDT

Check your spam folder or log into the Help Desk where you can also view the replies.
