MadDog0606 Posted June 24, 2000 Share Posted June 24, 2000 I've been waiting a lot of years for a game like this (this and an open ended space opera ). I just downloaded some scenarios from www.combatmission.co.uk and the one I'm playing is Hill 140. Just looking at the rolling hills, the Panther and Tiger tanks, and the infantry going up the hills almost brings a tear to my eye. I tell you this game is a work of art. I thought I was a good wargamer, but if I don't pay attention to fields of fire and cover, I get my head handed to me by the TacAI. I hope Steve and Charles make enough money off of this little gem to continue with the series (CM2, CM3, etc.). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Only I'm starting to fear I'll have CM2 before I get CM Now I'm back to thinking about the image you described and I'm in wargaming hell again.
