First was exposed to the T-62M in imagery from Afghanistan during the Cold War. Back then, opinions varied as to the additional turret front armor, though it was agreed it was added to provide protection vs RPGs and similar weapons. Muffed the tank designator, for instead of T-62M, wrote T-62 and didn't catch it until now--too late for me to correct the error.
