I' ve downloaded the main installation file and installed it. Then I activated it with the code in my E-Mail-Account and a few minutes later I bought the "Fire and Rubble" Update. Here I got also a code and activated this like the code before. But when I started the game, nothing has changed. I don't get more scenarios or campaigns.
