womble Posted December 25, 2015 Share Posted December 25, 2015 The effects of HQ Leadership ratings are only weakly understood because they seem to be subtle, which makes them difficult to observe empirically in 'open play'. You could run some tests: we know that Leadership, in general, affects many aspects of soft factors in a small way. You could test how having a better or worse El Tee affects the suppression and Morale state of a subordinate infantry squad and then do the same for a subordinate AFV. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
