John Kettler Posted April 25, 2015 Share Posted April 25, 2015 Cease fire not withstanding, the war goes on, and Ukraine, desperately short of pretty much everything needed to fight Russia, is now being helped by some very smart people doing clever things on the ISR and strike front. This is not anything the Ukraine government is doing. It's purely a private effort involving some of Ukraine's most tech savvy people.
