Sapare Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 Just a quick note that if Austria Hungeria agrees to give up Trieste(and the other territories) to Italy while NOT being in possession of Vienna, then it won't have the NM affect on them. They will still have the desertion and supply scrips hit them, but he NM damage will not happen till they retake their capital, at which point it will trigger.
