Monty Patton Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 In SCGC Gold, I can't seem to get the function of attaching or detaching units from HQs to work right. When I click on an HQ, it does show it's attached units in green, but how do you get to the dropdown menu for each unit to attack or detach it? thanks! Hubert Cater Posted February 12, 2014 Share Posted February 12, 2014 Hi Vercingetorix13, You'll need to set the HQ to either Manual or Auto-Assist mode which can be done by right clicking on the HQ and changing the mode. After that once you click on the HQ and it highlights the attached units in green, you can then right click on the attached unit and select 'Detach'. Just to add to what Hubert already said, you cannot detach or attach a unit to/from an HQ if you've already moved /reinforced/upgraded that unit in the same turn.
